Tim Cooney - Owner, CES, Instructor
Tim Cooney is a “Certified Exchange Specialist”, as recognized by the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, of which Cooney & Associates, Inc. is also a registered member. Tim has been a real estate licensee in Colorado for over 28 years and is currently with Cooney Realty, a division of The Cooney Group. Tim is “retired” from accounting, which he practiced for 27 years. Tim is also prior owner of the most successful real estate school in the state, the Real Estate College of Colorado, which provides the continuing education credits for his Colorado courses. Tim is also accreditied by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission to teach a Real Estate continuing education course on 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. |

Chloe Marty - Vice President of Marketing, Education Coordinator, Exchange Specialist
Chloe Marty graduated from Fort Lewis College in December 2006, with a degree in Marketing. She joined Cooney & Associates, Inc. in May of 2006, and in January 2007 began full-time as Cooney & Associates’ Vice President of Marketing. She is currently in the process of getting her real estate license and will be eligible in 2 years to take the “Certified Exchange Specialist” exam.
